Daniel Goodnough, CLPO
Daniel, one of the skilled orthotists and prosthetists at Master’s Orthotics and Prosthetics, was born into a Navy family. Daniel experienced the nomadic lifestyle of constant relocation before finding roots in the picturesque landscapes of the Northwest during his teenage years. It was amidst this serene backdrop that his calling to serve others through orthotics and prosthetics began to flourish.
A graduate of the University of Washington School of Rehabilitation Medicine, Daniel brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his practice. Driven by a profound desire to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives, Daniel finds fulfillment in his role at Master’s Orthotics and Prosthetics, where he combines his expertise with his innate creativity to restore and overcome physical challenges. Whether crafting custom orthotic solutions or designing prosthetic limbs, he approaches each patient with empathy and dedication, ensuring they receive the personalized care they deserve.
Beyond the confines of the office, Daniel embraces the simple joys of outdoor living, immersing himself in activities like camping, hiking, and traveling with his family. His commitment to a healthy lifestyle extends beyond his professional realm, as he finds solace and rejuvenation through regular workouts. Nathanael Feehan, LPO
Nathanael’s journey into the field of orthotics and prosthetics began at a young age, as he grew up surrounded by a family of dedicated medical professionals. Inspired by their passion for helping others, Nathanael spent his formative years volunteering in orthotic and prosthetic facilities, gaining firsthand experience and nurturing his desire to make a difference in people’s lives.
Eager to pursue his calling, Nathanael embarked on his academic journey at the University of Washington, where he immersed himself in the study of orthotics and prosthetics. Following his undergraduate studies, Nathanael pursued a residency at the prestigious University of Oklahoma Medical Center, where he specialized in trauma, spinal care, and pediatrics. During his residency, he gained invaluable experience and expertise in providing comprehensive care to patients with diverse orthotic and prosthetic needs.
Upon completing his residency, Nathanael returned to his roots and assumed leadership of Master’s Orthotics and Prosthetics in 2015, following the passing of his father, Samuel Feehan. As the head of the organization, Nathanael has worked tirelessly to uphold his family’s legacy of excellence and innovation, while also implementing new strategies to expand the business’s reach and impact.
In addition to his role at Master’s Orthotics and Prosthetics, Nathanael has pursued professional development opportunities outside of the field, becoming a certified business coach in the Great Game of Business method. Despite his demanding schedule, Nathanael strives to find moments of respite and enjoyment outside of work. Whether he’s landscaping his property or indulging in a few rounds of video games, Nathanael values the importance of balance and self-care in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
Through his unwavering dedication to his profession and his genuine desire to make a positive impact, Nathanael embodies the spirit of compassion, innovation, and excellence in the field of orthotics and prosthetics.
Pete Seaman, CLP
Looking for a career change that let him benefit others, Pete returned to college in 2006 and studied to become a prosthetist. After completing schooling in Minnesota and his 1-year residency in Alabama, he become an ABC-Certified prosthetist. While bringing a commitment to providing high quality care, he acts simultaneously as a clinician, teacher, coach and cheerleader to help improve the outcomes of every patient.
Kimberly Cronk, CFO
Kimberly Cronk, CFo, our orthotic fitter and therapeutic shoe specialist has a rich history of customer service excellence. With a passion cultivated over years of hands-on experience, Kimberly began her journey in the footwear industry by selling shoes when the process involved meticulous measurements and personalized fittings. This early exposure instilled in her a deep appreciation for the art of understanding customers’ needs and providing tailored solutions.
Driven by a desire to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives, Kimberly is on a mission to combine her expertise with her innate compassion. She is enthusiastic about finding a role where she can extend her assistance to those in need, while also collaborating with like-minded individuals who share her commitment to enhancing the well-being of others. For Kimberly, it’s not just about selling shoes and fitting braces; it’s about forming genuine connections and empowering individuals to move comfortably and confidently through life.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Kimberly finds fulfillment in various interests outside of work. Leisa Serra-Walsh
Meet Leisa, our dedicated and experienced office manager. With a wealth of personal and professional experiences, Leisa brings a unique blend of warmth, efficiency, and dedication to our team.
Married for 27 years and a proud mother of four children and six beloved dogs, including the cherished 16-year-old teacup Yorkie, “Cleo,” Leisa understands the importance of compassion, patience, and organization. Having grown up in the vibrant beach community of Huntington Beach, CA, and later relocating to Silverdale in 2003, she brings a diverse perspective and a deep appreciation for community to her role.
Since joining Master’s in July of 2017, Leisa has found fulfillment in working for a small, family-owned company that prioritizes the well-being of both its clients and employees above the bottom line. Her commitment to excellence and her ability to foster strong relationships with both staff and patients make her an invaluable asset to our team.
Outside of the office, Leisa enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, indulging in a variety of activities such as camping, traveling, playing cards, crafting, and tackling puzzles. Her passion for life and her dedication to creating meaningful connections truly embody the spirit of our practice.
Chelsie Arkell
Chelsie Arkell, our insurance specialist and inventory manager at Master’s Orthotics and Prosthetics, whose passion for efficiency and compassion for patients shines through in every aspect of her work.
Born and raised in Kitsap County, Chelsie brings a deep understanding of the local community and a genuine commitment to serving its members. Her systematic approach to her role allows her to navigate the complexities of insurance with ease, ensuring that patients feel comfortable and well-informed throughout the process. With a keen eye for detail, she also meticulously manages our inventory, ensuring that our medical office operates smoothly and efficiently, so we have what we need when we need it.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Chelsie finds joy in fostering imagination and creativity with her two young boys. As a dedicated wife and pet parent to a beloved bearded lizard, she understands the importance of balance and nurturing relationships both at home and in the workplace. Chelsie’s dedication to her family and her unwavering commitment to excellence make her an invaluable member of our team.
In Memoriam:
Samuel Feehan, CLPO
With over 32 years of ongoing experience in the field and with his own need to wear a long leg brace, Sam brought unparalleled insight and skill to each and every patient. American Board Certified and with time spent in six facilities and hospitals nationwide, Sam specialized in difficult cases and devices intended for a lifetime of use. He passed away on February 20th, 2015.
